Can I add a gift message?

Our gifts ship straight from where they are made, so we cannot add a handwritten note to the parcel. Our card packs and monogram gifts are the best way to make it personal.

Can I send a gift straight to someone else?

Of course. Enter their name and address as the delivery address at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Each product page shows its delivery time: about 5–7 working days for our own printed designs and 7–15 for items from our partner’s warehouse outside the EU. Delivery is free to every EU country.

What if they would like something else?

Unused gifts can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Do you gift wrap?

Our gift sets and hampers arrive boxed and ribboned. For other items, see our Wrap & Cards collection.

How do I pay?

By Visa or Mastercard at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
